Participants received comprehensive briefings on the University\u2019s organisational structure, human resources policies, and campus safety protocols, library services, among others. This was meant at equipping them to effectively navigate both academic and administrative environments.<br \/>\nSpeaking during the induction, MSUAS Pro-Vice Chancellor, Upenyu Guyo, underscored the critical role of staff as ambassadors of the institution and challenged them to internalise the University\u2019s values from the onset of their tenure.<br \/>\n\u201cYou are now the custodians and primary bearers of the MSUAS brand,\u201d Professor Guyo said. \u201cI urge you to let efficiency, professional competence, and discipline guide your daily operations.
