Mrs B Kachere 

Mrs Kachere is a dynamic, assertive and versatile leader with more than 17 years of experience in Human Resources management, qualified Arbitrator, free-lance researcher and translator of documents from English to Shona.   She is a holder of  the following academic and professional qualifications respectively:  Masters’ degree in Educational Management (ZOU), Honours degree in Education (ZOU),  Diploma in Human Resources management (IPMZ), Diploma in Labour Relations (IPMZ),Diploma in Law (Conciliation and Arbitration) (UZ), Computer Driving License (Computer Society of Zimbabwe),Professional Diploma in Sustainable Community Development and Humanitarian Project management (Training Development Institute) Certificate of Education (Secondary) among other qualifications and current studies.

Her career path took her from being a high school teacher for a period of 14 years and moved to become a Human Resource Specialist.  She has risen through various ranks in the Human Resource field and occupied the post of Group Human Resource Manager in various governmental, private and non-governmental organisations. She has strong negotiating skills, a team player and a goal getter, proven record of ability to take initiative, solve problems in novel situations and communicate effective across language barriers and a community developer, founder of The Flora Movement Trust NGO for Climate Change and Environmental Conservation.  Mrs Kachere is also board member for True Destinations Investment Holdings and Craddle of Hope an  NGO for Orphans and vulnerable children.  She is a member for   Climate Change Working Group in Zimbabwe  and is currently a Human Resources Consultant with Sagner – Human Resources Advisors.
