She has served as a board member for Medical Control Authority of Zimbabwe and University of Zimbabwe Council. She is a holder of a Masters Degree in Business Leadership from Eastern University in USA, Strategic Human Resources Course from Johannesburg University, Diploma – Institute of Personnel Management as well as Bachelor of Honours Degree in Sociology, University of Zimbabwe. She has worked as a Lead Consultant at Manifest Human Resources Consultants, P&C Director, World Vision, Rwanda, Advisor and Internal Human Resources Consultant, World Vision Ethiopia, World Vision International among many other leading organisational roles.
