TOBACCO TECHNICIAN/ TOBACCO SUPERVISOR (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating all tobacco activities of IAIP.
- Maintaining crop development in the field.
- Preparing tobacco for sale.
- Managing tobacco inputs and maintaining proper tobacco production records.
- Ensuring compliance with tobacco production regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with operational safety and health standards.
- Motivate employees and ensure operational efficiency.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate/ Diploma in Tobacco Culture.
- Certificate/ Diploma in Agriculture and or Degree in Agriculture.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a tobacco enterprise.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
