Notice is hereby given that the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences will be held on Wednesday, 13 August, 2025, at 0900 hours in the Boardroom of the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development, Harare.

The AGM will be held in accordance with the Public Entities Corporate Governance Act, [Chapter 10:31], No 4 of 2018. The following business shall be transacted:

6.3.1 To receive and consider for adoption the Audited Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for the year ended 31 December 2023.

6.4 External Auditors

6.4.1 To confirm the External Auditors’ fees for the year ended 31 December 2023.

6.4.2 To confirm the appointment of External Auditors for the year 2024.

6.5 Compliance Report

6.5.1 To receive and consider for adoption the Compliance Report.

6.6 Appointment of Members of Council

6.6.1 To approve remuneration for members of Council.
